MY FAMILY'S CHIP DIP | |
1 c. oil (vegetable) 1/2 c. vinegar or less to taste 1/3 c. ketchup 2 tsp. paprika 2 tbsp. grated onion Juice of a sm. lemon or concentrate 1/4 c. sugar Very little garlic powder 8 oz. cream cheese Mix all but last ingredients in blender until well blended, remove from blender, place cheese (cut in chunks) in bottom of blender then add mixture on top. Blend until smooth, 2 minutes or so. Pour in container and refrigerate until solid 3 to 4 hours. Creamy and tangy. Best on corn chips. |
