POTATO CHIPS 
3 potatoes, sliced paper thin
1 inch vegetable oil

Wash potatoes and slice. Heat oil to 500 degrees in fry pan. Cook until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Add all-purpose seasoning or salt to taste.

DIP:

1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 pt. sour cream

In mixing bowl, place sour cream, add onion soup mix, mix thoroughly. Set in refrigerator for 1 hour to chill and thicken. Great with homemade potato chips!
