MEXICAN SLIDERS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 (1 lb.) ground chorizo 6 bacon strips, cut into pieces 1 medium onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped salt and pepper, to taste 1/2 cup whole kernel corn (optional) 1 cup shredded cheese 1 egg 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (I use Panko) GARNISH WITH: salsa (your favorite) lettuce diced fresh tomatoes Cut bacon and chop vegetables. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Form into patties and fry in a skillet until done, flipping half-way through. Serve topped with salsa, lettuce and tomato. Submitted by: Judy Oeder |
