4 1/2 c. sugar
1 tall can Pet milk
1/4 lb. butter
3 tsp. vanilla
3 pkgs. chocolate chips
1 c. walnuts (optional)

Combine sugar and canned milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Lower heat and cook 6 minutes, still stirring. Remove from heat. At once add 1/4 pound butter, 3 teaspoons vanilla, 3 packages chocolate chips. Beat until creamy and chips are melted. Add walnuts. Pour into buttered pans. Heavenly!!
