1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. butter
4 lbs. powdered sugar
1 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. vanilla

Melt Velveeta cheese and butter in double boiler (I do it in the microwave). Pour over sugar and cocoa, add vanilla. Pour in buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Cut when cooled in refrigerator.

For variety, add nuts or coconut, etc. Makes 6 pounds. Great for the holidays!
