3 c. diced zucchini
2 sm. onions, diced
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. grating cheese
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper

Mix above ingredients in large bowl. Grease large Pyrex rectangle dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until golden brown.
