1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3 pkgs. German sweet chocolate
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pt. marshmallow cream
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter

Combine first 4 ingredients in large mixing bowl. Combine rest of ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 6-8 minutes, depending on altitude. Pour over first mixture and stir until all chocolate is melted. Spread in buttered pan. Chill until firm and cut into 1 inch cubes.
