GREEN TOMATO CHOW CHOW 
1 gallon green tomatoes, grind
1 med. head cabbage, grind
6 bell peppers, grind
6 hot peppers (red and green), grind
1 c. onions, chop
3 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. plain salt

Bring vinegar and sugar to a boil. Combine other ingredients and add together. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring often. Pour into sterilized pint jars and seal. Process for 10 minutes in a boiling water bath.
