MICROWAVE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
2 tbsp. catsup
1 egg
2 tsp. instant minced onions
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. celery salt

Combine and shape all ingredients into 1 inch meatballs (about 24). Place in 12x7 inch baking dish. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave at FULL power for 4 minutes. Turn meatballs over. Rearrange meatballs in center of dish to outside edge. Cover again with vented plastic wrap. Microwave at 30%-MEDIUM LOW for 3 to 4 minutes or until done. Drain. Use your favorite recipes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
