MICROWAVE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 box Stove Top Stuffing, any flavor
3/4 c. warm water

Open both envelopes of stuffing mix and seasoning packet and place into mixing bowl. Add water and stir until stuffing is softened. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Put into any round micro-safe casserole or cake pan-around outside edge only. (Don't fill center - they don't cook as well.)

Cook on high 1 1/2 minutes, remove from pan and drain on paper towel. Meatballs will be slightly pink, but will finish cooking out of microwave. Repeat process until all are cooked. Can be served plain or with sweet and sour sauce or barbeque sauce.

(This can also be shaped into a meatloaf and baked in micro or oven.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
