ORANGE-PINEAPPLE CONGEALED SALAD 
Easy and delicious!

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice (Del Monte)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods)
1 cup milk
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Drain 1 cup juice from pineapple. Place juice in saucepan and bring to a simmer. Mix jello into juice until dissolved. Remove from heat and add grated cheese and mayonnaise. Mix well.

Add milk, cherries, pineapple and pecans (if using). Stir well then pour into a jello mold or bowl.

Chill in refrigerator until set.
