CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
4 chicken breasts 1 box Escort crackers 1 stick butter 1 sm. can water chestnuts or 1/2 c. slivered almonds 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 sm. carton sour cream Cook and debone chicken. Crush 1/2 box of crackers and line bottom of pan. Dot with 1/2 stick of butter. Line with small, bite size pieces of chicken. Layer with water chestnuts. |
