1 med. green pepper, seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces 1 c. diced onions 1/4 c. water 12 oz. peeled cooked potatoes, diced 12 oz. precooked turkey sausage, sliced In 10 inch skillet, combine green pepper, onions and water. Cover and cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender, crisp, 3 or 4 minutes. Add potatoes and sausage to vegetables and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally until mixture is heated through, 2 to 3 minutes. |
