FESTIVE HOLIDAY EGGS 
1 dozen fresh country eggs
8 strips smoked bacon
Garlic salt
Seasoned pepper
Crushed red pepper flakes
Parsley

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease one 12-cup muffin tin. Cut bacon crosswise into 1" squares and place 5 squares evenly around edge of each muffin cup, keeping half the bacon inside and half outside each cup. Break one egg into each cup. Add a dash of seasonings onto each egg. Bake for 25 minutes. Loosen eggs/bacon from cups with a sharp knife, and lift with tablespoon onto paper towels to blot. Serve hot.
