GRANDMOTHER'S BAKED EGGS 
8 eggs
8 slices bacon
1/2 c. cheese crackers, crushed
1/2 c. cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. caraway seed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook bacon until slightly underdone. Grease muffin tins well with butter or shortening. Spoon one tablespoon cheese cracker crumbs into each muffin cup. Break egg over crumbs. Line sides of muffin cup with slice of bacon. Sprinkle cheese and cheese cracker crumbs over each egg. Top with caraway seeds. Bake for 15 minutes or until eggs are cooked to desired doneness.
