EGG-A-LOGNA 
6 slices bologna
6 eggs
6 tsp. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt approximately 2 tsp. shortening in skillet. Place bologna in skillet and fry until edges curl up making a cup.

Lightly grease a six cup muffin pan. Press curled bologna down into muffin cup. Break 1 egg into each piece of bologna and 1 tsp. milk. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, until eggs are set, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
