EGGS BENEDICT 
Brown 3 English muffin halves (6 all together). In skillet, brown 6 slices Canadian bacon (or turkey ham, or ham). Poach 6 eggs. Make Hollandaise sauce (Knorr is best). Place muffin on plate, bacon on top of muffin, egg on top of bacon, then sauce on top of egg. (Can place slice of Velveeta on top of egg before sauce.) Serve with fruit and green vegetables for a delicious brunch. Serves 3 to 4 people.
