1 stick butter
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Crazy Jane salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Melt butter. Add flour, spices and sour cream. Stir until smooth. Add milk and stir. Add cheese and stir until melted. Serve over English muffin, broiled tomatoes and/or poached eggs.
