4 slices turkey ham
4 poached eggs
4 Boney's fresh baked English muffins
Cheese (optional)

Toast muffins, boil water (add teaspoon of salt to water). Add eggs and time for 5 minutes. Remove promptly and peel shells. Warm turkey ham slices in top with poached egg and cover with white sauce. Turn to sauces for white sauce recipe.
