BEEF RICE & SHRIMP | |
1 box of Rice-a-Roni (beef flavor), make rice as directed on box 1 (5 oz.) bag of frozen cooked shrimp 1/2 stick of butter 1/4 tsp. accent 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (brown) 1 tbsp. Old Bay Season 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 dash of sugar Prepare shrimp and mix with your finished rice. Thaw shrimp in cold water as directed. Make sure all ice has been removed and shrimp is completely thawed. Place 1/2 stick of butter in saucepan and melt. Place shrimp in saucepan with 1/4 teaspoon of accent, 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt (brown) and 1 tablespoon of Old Bay Seasoning. Bring to boil. Spoon out your shrimp and mix with your cooked rice. Once shrimp are mixed with your rice, add some of the juices from the boiled shrimp. Remember a little at a time or to your taste. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and a dash of sugar. Mix well. It is ready to serve 4 or 6 servings. |
