RICE SALAD 
1 c. cold frozen peas
1 c. cooked and cooled Minute Rice
1 can shrimp or chicken
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped

DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt

1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds
1 c. Chinese noodles

Mix peas, rice, shrimp, onions, and celery. Mix dressing ingredients. Just before serving, gently fold dressing into rice mixture. Add almonds and noodles.
