AUNT JEANNETTE'S SEAFOOD & RICE
SALAD
 
2 c. chilled, cooked rice
1 to 2 c. med. shrimp, cooked
1 c. crab meat, cooked
1 lg. apple, chopped fine
1/2 c. red pepper, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
1/2 c. almonds, browned in butter
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 pt. Hellman's mayonnaise

Combine the above ingredients. Chill at least 24 hours in advance of serving.
