AUNT DAISY'S STRAWBERRY NUT
SALAD
 
2 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry Jello
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 med. bananas, mashed
1 pt. sour cream or Cool Whip
1 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, fold in strawberries. Add drained pineapples, bananas and nuts. Pour half the mixture into a 12"x8" dish. Chill until firm. Spread with sour cream or Cool Whip. Gently pour remaining mixture over sour cream or Cool Whip. Chill until firm. Serves 12.
