PARTY MEATBALLS 
3 lb. ground chuck
3 med. onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. milk
Vegetable oil
3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. vinegar
3 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Fresh chopped parsley

Combine the first 7 ingredients, mixing well; shape into 1 inch balls. Cook meatballs in hot oil until they are lightly browned; drain. Place meatballs in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except parsley in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
