BROCCOLI CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken
1 bunch broccoli (use only the florets)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp. lemon juice
Velveeta cheese (one inch slice)

Boil chicken and debone. Steam broccoli florets. Combine the soups, lemon juice, and cheese in saucepan and melt. Then add mayonnaise and stir. Layer broccoli, chicken and sauce in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes.
