BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
1 individual pkg. Ritz crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Cook and drain broccoli. Put into casserole with 1/4 cup butter. Add cubed cheese. Mix remaining butter with crushed crackers. Seal over cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. May substitute 2 bunches fresh broccoli for the frozen broccoli.
