BEEF - BLACK OLIVE CASSEROLE 
1-2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. MSG
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (8 oz.) pitted black olives, sliced & drained
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
6 oz. wide noodles

Saute beef and chopped onion until beef loses red color, add garlic and seasonings. Add mushroom soup, tomato sauce and olives. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups grated cheese and stir until melted.

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Arrange half the noodles in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with half the beef sauce. Repeat layers; sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup grated cheese on top. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
