PETITE CHERRY CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all of the above until light and fluffy.

Line small muffin pans with 24 paper bake cups. Place vanilla wafer (Sunshine fits better than Nabisco) in bottom of paper cup. Fill cup 2/3 full with cheese mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or just set. Top each with 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling. Chill.

Serve with dab of whip cream on top. Different and very good.
