PEAS AND PASTA 
1 tsp. dried minced garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 stalks celery, sliced
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1 c. sliced mushrooms
3-4 tbsp. Romano cheese
2 c. frozen peas
1/2 lb. pasta, cooked & drained

Saute garlic in oil. Add celery and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes. Add frozen peas, cook for 10 minutes more. Toss with the pasta and serve. Serves 4-5.
