BEEF STROGANOFF | |
2 lbs. round steak, tenderized and cut in 1 inch squares 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 2 beef bouillon cubes 2 tbsp. tomato paste 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 1/2 c. water Salt and pepper to taste 4 oz. mushroom and liquid 1/2 c. sour cream (stir in just before serving) Roll steak in flour and brown in butter with onion. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook for approximately 2 hours or until meat is tender. Don't forget the sour cream. (Easy and cheap.) |
