BREAD PUDDING 
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 c. regular milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
8 honey or egg buns
Sauce

Beat eggs and sugar together. Add milk, vanilla and spices. Break buns into small pieces. Pour milk mixture over buns and let stand a few minutes. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown. Spoon sauce over the top as soon as taken from oven.

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. regular milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Combine sugar, cornstarch and milk. Cook over low heat until bubbly and thick. Remove from heat and add rest of ingredients.
