CHRISTMAS PLUM PUDDING 
1 c. ground beef suet
2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 c. raisins
1 c. currants
1 c. dates
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all together. Spoon into 8"x12" muslin bag and boil or steam 3 hours. Serve warm with Lemon Sauce or Hard Sauce or both. Can be made ahead and reheated.
