PORK & VEAL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork, cubed
1 lb. veal, cubed
2 cans chicken rice soup
1/2 lb. egg noodles
1/2 lb. grated American cheese
1 sm. can pimento
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushroom stems & pieces
1 sm. can corn niblets

Brown meat, add a little water and simmer for 1/2 hour. Add the chicken rice soup (rinse cans with a little water and add) and simmer again for 1/2 hour. While this simmers, cook the egg noodles in separate pan. Add to the cooked meat mixture all of the remaining ingredients including the cooked noodles. Mix all together and then add another can of water. Place in a casserole dish and bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees. During last 20 minutes of baking cover with buttered crumbs.
