BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. bulk sausage 6 slices white bread, crustless 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 5 eggs 2 c. half and half 1 tsp. dry mustard Cook sausage, drain well. Cube bread; and line 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan with bread. Cover with sausage. Sprinkle cheese. Beat eggs, half and half and mustard, pour over mix. Place in refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. |
