BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 pt. half & half
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
6 slices bread
1 tsp. dry mustard
Butter

Brown and drain sausage. Beat eggs, mustard and salt together. Butter bread on both sides and cube. Place bread on bottom of 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish. Sprinkle sausage on top, then grated cheese. Pour egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
