Green Chile Enchilada Sauce

Yummy sauce, but remember to chill before putting in the blender! As a novice cook, I didn't realize that I should do this and the heat from the sauce made the rubber top of my blender so flexible that it couldn't contain it! Sauce everywhere!

If you use regular tomato juice it is a red enchilada sauce too, not green.
