BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 - 8 slices of bread
1 lb. sausage
1 c. grated swiss cheese
1 c. grated sharp cheese
3/4 c. half and half cream
1 1/2 c. milk
6 eggs, beaten

Remove crust and cube bread and place in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cook and drain sausage. Crumble over bread and add cheese. Add cream and milk to eggs. Pour this over sausage. Push down until all is covered. cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve approximately 15.
