BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 to 8 slices bread, cut into pieces (no crust)
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. mushroom pieces
3/4 c. half and half
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
5 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper to taste

Oil a 13 x 9 inch pan. Line bottom of pan with bread pieces. Sprinkle cooked sausage over bread. Add cheese and mushrooms. Combine milk, cream, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Pour over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until knife comes clean.

May be frozen before cooking for up to a week. I use 1 can mushroom soup for the mushrooms and half and half. Use 1/2 can of milk with the soup.
