BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6-8 slices white bread, cubed
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. milk
5 eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

Oil 9 x 13 inch pan and cover the bottom with cubed bread. Fry the sausage and drain. Crumble over the bread. Add shredded cheese and slice mushrooms. Combine the seasonings, milk and slightly beaten eggs. Pour over bread sausage and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
