4 boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. Doritos
1 can Rotel
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese

Line casserole dish with Doritos. Mix Rotel and soups. Layer chicken then mixture. Top with grated cheese and bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted approximately 30 minutes.
