3 1/2 lb. chicken
7 1/2 oz. pkg. Doritos
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel
1 lb. cheese, grated

Boil chicken until tender and remove from bone. Break into bite-size pieces. Oil 9 x 13 pan. Line with Doritos.

Place chicken on Doritos. Heat cheese and Rotel until cheese melts. Add onion and cream of chicken soup. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
