CHICKEN AND RICE SUPREME 
1 c. rice
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can chicken broth
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. Miracle Whip dressing
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
2 to 3 chicken breasts, cubed
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. crushed white cheese crackers

Mix together rice, water, broth, soup, dressing, cheese, chicken and lemon juice. Put into casserole dish; top with cracker crumbs. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°F.
