PICANTE CHICKEN AND RICE 
2 cups white rice
6 chicken thighs
1 medium jar picante sauce
water

Preheat oven to 350°F. Put rice in baking dish. Cover rice with water. Pour 1/2 jar picante sauce in rice and mix well. Lay chicken pieces on top of rice mixture. Pour remaining picante sauce over chicken.

Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.

Serves 6.
