CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
Cayenne pepper

Mix grated cheese and butter. Add salt, pepper, and flour. Roll into balls about the sign of a marble. Put in a refrigerator for an hour before baking in 400 degree oven until slightly brown. Balls may be kept in refrigerator 1 or 2 weeks before baking.
