CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 block Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/2 sm. green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. pimientos
3 dashes Texas Pete hot sauce
Chopped pecans (optional)

Mix all ingredients well. Roll into one large ball or two small balls. Cheese balls may then be rolled into chopped pecans. Chill. Serve with crackers. Excellent for any get-together.
