1 lb. roll hot flavored hot sausage
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. Bisquick
Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce (a few drops)

Mix the above with hands. Mix into small balls, about the size of a marble. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. When solid, transfer to plastic freezer sacks. Remove only the amount you want to bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Do not thaw before baking.
