CARROTS WITH DILL 
3 tbsp. butter
8 carrots, julienned
1/2 tsp. dill
1/2 can beer
2 tsp. sugar
Pinch of salt

1. Melt butter in skillet, add carrots and dill. Cook for 5 minutes.

2. Add beer, sugar and salt. Continue cooking for 15 minutes until beer and sugar begin browning and caramelizing. Liquid will evaporate.
