CARROTS WITH ONION, DILL,
SOURCREAM
 
6 med. carrots
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. dill weed

Combine carrots, water and 1/4 of salt in 1 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole. Cover. Microwave on high 7 minutes or until fork tender, stirring after half of time. Drain and reserve one tablespoon liquid. Stir green onions, sour cream, brown sugar, dill weed; 1/4 teaspoon salt and reserved liquid into carrots. Microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
