BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 c. Kellogg's croutettes stuffing mix
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. shredded American cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Toss croutettes stuffing mix with melted butter. Set aside for topping. Prepare broccoli according to package directions, cooking until almost tender. Remove from heat, drain. Combine soup and cheese in large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Stir in broccoli. Pour into 10 by 6 by 2 inch baking dish. Top with stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until heated and bubbly.
