PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf of yeast dough bread, uncooked, risen
1 pkg. of pepperoni, shredded
1 1/2 c. Provolone cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Roll out risen dough on floured board. Pour butter evenly on one side of dough; spread out. Mix rest of ingredients in bowl and spread over buttered side of dough. Roll dough into loaf shape and place in lightly greased loaf pan. Bake 30-45 minutes. Serves 6.
